Abstract:

The purpose of the current research was to investigate the obstacles to the implementation of school-based management in Iran's EDUCATIONAL system based on the interpretive structural modeling approach. The research method was a modeling study. The statistical population of the research was specifically the academic staff members of the university, 25 of whom were purposefully selected from the desired cases. The data collection tool was a researcher-made self-interactive questionnaire. In order to measure and evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, the criterion of content validity was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.96. The data ANALYSIS.was done with interpretive structural modeling method. The results of the research showed that 9 factors play a role as barriers to school-oriented management. Also, the results showed that financial obstacles (the cost of school-oriented management), socio-cultural obstacles and political obstacles (political focus on schools by the central government) as key independent variables have high influence power and low dependence. Also, the results showed that the lack of belief in the professional competence of school administrators, the lack of infrastructure facilities, the emphasis of upper management on the supervision and control of schools, and the lack of cooperation of local communities with school-based management as the linking variables with the greatest power of influence and the greatest power of dependence. and the centralism in the education system of the country and the lack of legal powers to school managers and staff as dependent variables have high dependency power and low influence power.

Abstract:

In Torah, the first and most important source of Jewish laws, there is no direct mention of a willful abortion. This book only refers to the abortion of a pregnant woman’s fetus in the course of a quarrel. In similar cases one who causes this kind of abortion shall pay fines. Talmud, the second important source of Jewish laws, refers to willful abortions. According to Talmud, abortion, although prohibited, is not punishable by death penalty. In spite of prohibition of abortion in Talmud, this book sometimes permits abortion. According to Talmudic laws, abortion is permitted if the fetus endangers the mother’s life, but from the moment that the head or the greater part of its body has emerged into the world, no one can abort it; because here there are two living beings, and no one can say the life of the mother is more important than that of the fetus. Yet, when the mother’s life is endangered, she herself may destroy the fetus even if the greater part of the fetus has come out of her body, according to "self-defense" rule. Some Jewish texts maintain that abortion should be permitted if it is necessary for rescuing the mother′s life, even if there is no fatality attached to the pregnancy or the mother’s illness is not directly caused by the fetus. The permissibility of abortion in relation to a pregnancy resulting from adultery has been a matter of controversy. Many Jewish scholars have permitted abortion by a married woman made pregnant through adultery, but not by an unmarried woman who becomes pregnant, because, according to the Jewish laws, the child of the former woman is regarded as a bastard, but the child of the latter, i.e. unmarried woman′s, is not regarded so. According to Talmud, abortion is permitted, if a woman′s pregnancy results from adultery and she is condemned to death. In this case, abortion is permitted, and it is even said that it is obligatory to do it before execution process starts, except the time when delivery has started. In recent years, the question of permissibility of abortion has been raised in cases where there is the fear of malformation or of a birth defect in the fetus. The general tendency is to uphold the prohibition against abortion in such cases. Yet, some neo-Jewish jurists have adopted a lighter view and permitted abortion in some cases.

Abstract:

Prayer (Ṣalāt) is one of the pillars of Islam. This research aims to introduce prayer in JUDAISM and Islam, compare them, and articulate the similarities and differences. A descriptive-inductive method was employed, examining the Torah texts related to the features of prayer in JUDAISM. Furthermore, contemporary practices of prayer among JEWS.were collected and compared with the features of prayer in Islam. The findings show that prayer in JUDAISM does not derive its legitimacy from the Holy Scriptures but has undergone changes over time and remains subject to further modification. Also, the form of prayer in JUDAISM differs from that in Islam; Islam's prayer includes standing (Qīyām), bowing (Rukūʻ), prostration (Sujūd), ritual purity (Ṭahārah), and a direction of prayer (Qiblah), while JUDAISM has no fixed form. Although bowing is more common among JEWS. it is entirely optional, and a condition like ritual purity before prayer, which is essential in Islam, does not exist in JUDAISM.

Abstract:

JUDAISM is one of the Divine religions that has various denominations and mystical sects, similar to the other Abrahamic religions, some of which have found a non-Divine trend. One of the most important and influential Jewish mysticisms, which separated it from JUDAISM, is the mysticism of Kabbalah; which later caused the emergence of Christian Kabbalah due to the close [relationships] and dispersion of JEWS.among European Christians. Kabbalists approached the Knights Templar and were able to instill their thoughts into this group. These activities were associated with the peak of Freemason's work, in the Middle Ages, who started to establish lodges in order to protect their jobs, art, and knowledge, and to educate their faithful students. Nobles, politicians and princes were gradually attracted to the lodge because of its mysteriousness, which became an opportunity for Kabbalistic thinkers to develop their influence and thoughts. The lodges later left their practical status and assumed a theoretical status, due to the diminishing importance of the construction jobs and the emergence of Renaissance in Europe; and Freemasonry began with the Grand Lodge of England in 1717, in an organized and public form.

Abstract:

Most of the Jewish rituals have been formed in connection with nature throughout history. Mishna and Talmud elaborated the nature-oriented teachings of the Bible in order to protect the environment. So JEWS.who behave in accordance with the teachings of Torah must choose the ways that are compatible with natural changes, such as the emergence of seasons, to cause the least damage to the environment. This article tries to describe the JEWS. view on God, man and nature and explain their solution to the environmental crisis.

Abstract:

Doubt is a feature of human thought and a cognitive phenomenon that arises from a lack of knowledge. When persistent, it can lead to anxiety and obsessive behaviors. Religious matters, by their very nature, are considered "mysterious" and are therefore susceptible to doubt, anxiety, and obsessive tendencies. This analytical-comparative study demonstrates that religious obsessions among adherents of JUDAISM and Shiism are, to some extent, rooted in the "mystical" nature of sacred matters and, to some degree, originate from anxiety-inducing interpretations of sacred texts by certain religious authorities. From an internal religious perspective, satanic insinuations also contribute to obsessive tendencies, potentially resulting in compulsive behaviors related to cleansing the body of blood and excretions or performing prayers. Treating religious obsessions involves approaches such as altering the afflicted individual's perception of sacred matters, refining and moderating anxiety-inducing interpretations of religious texts, and raising awareness about the role of satanic influences. Other kinds of treatment include pseudo-religious methods (such as traditional medicine) or professional psychological therapy.

Abstract:

The idea of “Messiah” and the “Promised One” in the history of JUDAISM has always been with disputes and vicissitudes; however, has believing in the Messiah had any advantages and achievements for the JEWS.in the EDUCATIONAL and social areas? This article, with an analytical-descriptive method answers this question and believes believing in the Messiah in JUDAISM is not just a faith-related issue; rather, it has had functions depending on the quality of believing it for the JEWS.as the followers of a Divine religion, not as a political religion and a tool in the hands of Zionism. In fact, this belief is considered as a mechanism and a lever in the achievement of some of the goals of JUDAISM.In other words, believing in the Messiah has always had achievements and functions in perceptional-ideological areas like legalism and the encouragement of repenting, and in the moral and EDUCATIONAL areas- it has functions like hope raising and modelling, and in the social-political areas, it has functions like dynamism and patience raising.
